Things are getting hot between the Muslim rebels and Military here in Mindanao especially in the south. I am again thinking about working and eventually migrating abroad. But the truth is, I don’t want to. I love the Philippines and Mindanao. I am just thinking about the future. As I think about it, I question myself “what Future??”. Where ever I go, there will be global warming, bombing, oil and food crisis. I can never get away with. Well, we can never tell what the future brings.

I am getting heavier every week. I am now 55 kls. My heaviest so far. This can’t be. I have to lose weight. Some of my friends told me that I lost weight…What are they seeing??!!!

This is it. I am starting my weekly update of my weight every Monday.  I will write in this blog how many lbs or kls i lost. I hope so.

My mom went to manila 2 weeks ago with my aunt to lose weight. They had the south beach diet regimen. It was very effective in fairness. She lost 3 kls. in 2 weeks alone. wow. Inggit ako. Pinapa-inggit nya nga ako eh. kainis.

I’m not going to just eat less. But I will eat healthy foods like veggies and fruits. I should start caring for my health. I don’t want to have hypertension in the future. No way. Prevention is better than cure.

I can do this.!!!!!

Just remembering the past. I am watching his glory days in basketball. No one could ever compare to him. He is the best basketball player of our time.

I have been very lazy lately. I gained weight. And I haven’t updated my site. This sucks so much.

I am hooked to PINOY IDOL. I really hope that they will improve now that their on the top 12.

My bet for PINOY IDOL is Penelope. She has a very good voice. She performs like a star.

But i have a dark horse in the name of KID Camaya. He has a beautiful voice but he lacks charisma. But i think he can improve on that just like david cook.

I really hope they will do good this Saturday. I am gonna ubos my 200 vote for the 2 of them.
